The Capstone Project, the culmination of the Business Management degree, required a comprehensive strategic audit of an assigned company. For this project, the focus was on GoodRx Holdings, a leading digital healthcare platform in the U.S. The audit involved an in-depth analysis of the company’s internal and external environment, competitive positioning, financial health, and overall strategic direction. By assessing GoodRx's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), along with key business metrics, the goal was to provide actionable insights and recommendations for sustaining growth and enhancing its competitive edge.

Based on these insights, the study developed feasible recommendations to enhance Chase’s market position and drive future growth.
